It was a nineteenth century five bedroom farm house in ten acres of land in need of refurbishment, new kitchen, bathroom, several new internal doors and new damp course required. The house had been in the same family for a hundred years but ill health forced an early sale lower than the market price.
The Procedure and Outcome
We replaced the kitchen and gave the bathroom new doors. Then we improved the damp course and decorated with new carpets as required. We then built a stable block for seven horses, created a new gravel drive and installed a new gate with replaced fencing around the land.
On completion the house was then sold.
