We can train small or large groups of people on most property related subjects. This can be classroom based or on-site, hands on training. The training courses are bespoke to either each individual client or group.

Serviced Accommodation

This can be any form of accommodation: house, bungalow, hotel, flat etc., which is used as a holiday/short stay accommodation anywhere in the UK.  Certain forms of property are more suitable than others.  The method works better as a holiday/short stay arrangement instead of a long term tenanted property.  Advice can be given on the method of investment.

Lease option

The new tenant is given the choice (the lease option) to purchase a property, at a pre-set price, during or at the end of a certain period, usually around three to four years. The tenant, or more likely, an investor who then goes and finds a tenant – pays an “option fee” upfront to set up the deal.  This is ideal for someone who is unable to obtain a mortgage for whatever reason.

To rent a property from an existing landlord that may have become tired due to neglect until it is virtually no longer functional as a rentable property. The property is rented from the landlord for a specific period at an agreed rent per month.  The property is then refurbished and rented out on a shared house basis or ‘HMO’.  This system is ideal for someone who wishes to obtain an income but is unable to invest in the usual way through a mortgage etc.
